Univ.-Prof. Dr. Karina Sopp
Karina Sopp holds the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Business Taxation at the Technical University Bergakademie Freiberg and teaches at the University of Vienna, among others. She is the author of numerous publications, including in the area of sustainability reporting, a member of the DRSC's Tax Working Group and is regularly invited to provide expert opinions on legislative proposals requested by members of the German Bundestag and to present specialist presentations.
Dr. Martin Altenburger
Head of ESG-Team
Martin Altenburger focuses on corporate management issues, particularly in the context of sustainability. He completed his doctorate at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and then worked at the University of Vienna and Webster Vienna Private University before starting a career in management consulting.
Oliver Scheid
ESG Manager
Oliver Scheid has been researching corporate sustainability reporting for around eight years, particularly with regard to its impact on SMEs. After studying business administration at the Helmut-Schmidt University, majoring in “Accounting & Business Taxation” and graduating with a Master of Science, and following a position as officer, he worked in auditing for several years and now applies his experience as a manager.
Katharina Schöne
ESG Managerin & Business Development
Katharina Schöne has over 15 years of experience in foreign trade and business development. She has worked extensively with medium-sized companies and advised them on their activities at home and abroad. In recent years, her work has focused on risk analysis in supply chains and the implementation of corresponding due diligence obligations.
Jonas Knoll
Working student/intern
Jonas Knoll brings legal and business knowledge to the discussion of CSR reporting issues thanks to his Business and Law degree. He is also experienced in organizing events.
Marco Breier
Officemanagement & Administration
Marco Breier trained as an operational logistics specialist, office administrator and gained experience in an international IT company. Through his psychology studies, he developed a deep understanding of people and social processes. With his quick perception, clear communication and passion for equality and sustainability, he strives to help shape the future.
Leon Kirschner
Working student/intern
Leon Kirschner stands for progress, motivation and structure. Even during his bachelor's degree in geoecology, he worked intensively on climate change, sustainable land use and biodiversity. In his final thesis, he analyzed the microclimate of a vineyard. International contacts, such as to Canada, where he gained valuable insights into peatland restoration at Brandon University, are just as important to him as local networks. He is currently working on his Master degree to deepen his skills in solving environmental problems and applying them to CSR reporting.
Sophia Anthes
ESG Associate
As a business economist with additional legal understanding, Sophia has been working intensively on sustainability issues for over two years. With focus on sustainability reporting, she supports companies in implementing and communicating sustainable practices transparently and effectively. Her expertise combines business know-how with a clear view of ecological and social responsibility.
Fionna Gräfin zu Solms-Laubach
Head of Marketing, Events & Communications
Fionna Solms has many years of experience in event and guest management. In addition to her education in business administration with a Master of Science and focus on marketing & management, she has acquired a wide range of knowledge through her work for renowned companies. Her commitment and expertise range from event organization and management functions to specialist assignments in the field of CSR.
Ida Wührer
ESG Associate
Ida Wührer has extensive experience in communications and public relations. She has a degree in media and communication sciences and is currently completing a master's degree of the same name at the University of Vienna. She also has a Masters degree in Digital Business Communications. During this time, she has already gained valuable expertise in ESG reporting. Over the past two years, she also worked as an editor at Freies Radio Salzkammergut, contributing to her experience in media.

Maxi Erdmann creates professional social media content, combining knowledge from her studies in economics and her experience in marketing. With a strong grasp of economic contexts and digital trends, she ensures that even complex topics are presented in an understandable and appealing way for our target groups.
